The touchless wash DOES NOT USE brushes of any sort.  And only one car is allowed at the bay at a time.  It also takes longer than a standard tunnel wash since it is being wash through high pressure wash and chemicals.

Due to the chemicals used for the touchless system, we DO NOT recommend it.

The most basic wash can take about 5-6 minutes, other packages will take a few extra minutes based on the package you choose.  No, you do not  need an appointment, but it is first come first serve.  

Yes!  At Hector's we always want to give you the best service possible.  All packages include towel dry.

Not for the touchless service.  Since we have regular handwash and detail appointments,  we would require additional staff and equipment to allow for the interior to be done.  If you want your vehicle cleaned inside, you wlll need to schedule an appointment for the hand wash service which includes the interior.  No exceptions.

Yes, there are optional services you can purchase, just ask the attendant.

Memberships are available for 3 out of the 4 packages.  You need to purchase your membership through the app only.  You also need to register your vehicle on the app.  You can add up to 4 vehicles at a discount on one pass.  

Unfortunately, the doors only have a clearance of 7'9", therefore SPRINTER VANS or extra tall vehicles won't fit.  In addition, duelly trucks or extended XL vehicles will not fit as well.  For the most part, FORD F150 or Chevy Silverados do fit, just not extended vehicles.
