We work hard every day to give you top-quality work and great customer service. We ask that you please treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Your Belongings
Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before your service. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
Detail Appointments
If you book a Monster or Interior Detail, please remove everything from your vehicle, including the contents of your glove compartment and console. Anything we find, other than garbage, will be placed in a plastic bag and left in your trunk.
Please make sure your vehicle has enough fuel. Although we use equipment to extract water, running the heat helps your vehicle dry faster. We do not reimburse for fuel used.
Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy stains, or vomit.
Appointments and Deposits
Appointments take priority over walk-ins. A deposit may be required to book. Deposits are non-refundable, but we understand life happens, so please call us before your appointment and we will do our best to reschedule.
Touchless Wash (West Chicago)
Our touchless system has a height clearance of 7'9". Sprinter vans, dually trucks, and extended or extra-tall vehicles will not fit. We do not recommend the touchless wash for wrapped or matte-finish vehicles because of the chemicals used.
Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, chips, dents, cracked glass, loose or worn trim, aftermarket parts, or antennas.
We take every precaution to protect your vehicle. If you believe any damage occurred during your service, please notify a manager before leaving. Both facilities have security cameras, and all footage is reviewed.
Payment
Payment is due at pickup or delivery. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments for detail services.
Gift Cards and Discount Books
All gift card sales are final. No returns or exchanges, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Bonus gift cards are valid for tunnel washes only and cannot be used for details.
Hand wash discount books do not expire and may be used on any vehicle of the same size as the book. For example, an SUV book cannot be used on a truck.
